Brown Rice Brown rice is full of natural fiber, which helps a dog’s digestion. It is also an excellent source of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Brown rice is a little higher in protein and a little lower in fat when compared to white rice and it is healthier as it is less refined with all the goodies left in.
